Terms of delivery
Personal information No personal information, data, images etc. given to SUMOpix will be given, sold or made available to a third party at any time. All information are stored safely, and are only visible to trusted employees at SUMOpix.
Delivery All products ordered online at our homepage has a standard delivery time of 4-8 working days. We use Postdanmark, TNT and DHL for shipping. If a package dissapear or ends up damaged we always deliver a new similar product. Read more about shipping of photo on canvas here.
At SUMOpix we strive to offer the best to ensure satisfied customers, therefore we offer our customers a two weeks right to return the pictures and get a refund. We produce uniqa products where each picture looks different and is personal, so we are not obligated to take back our products, but have chosen to do so anyway - to remove any barrier for our customers. Returned items must be packed in original packaging. NB: SUMOpix does not receive returned items C.O.D., and returning can not happen, if we believe it happens to harm SUMOpix A/S.
